I had accidentally booked a room for the wrong night. I called customer support and Cynthia was able to right my wrong in a super timely fashion. I was discouraged by all the warning policy pop ups for non-refunds but Cynthia pulled whatever strings needed to be pulled and got the job done. Thank you Cynthia!

This is about 100 times better than all of the major discount hotel/travel apps out there. I almost dont want to review it because I dont want other people to know about it and get all the rooms. They pre-vet the hotels so you never spend a night in skanky surroundings. Lots of other wonderful features. This is the only hotel that I use.

This app has saved me so much money since often I cant get a room in advance. This is ideal and it find great deals on rooms in the major cities that I use it for. So happy I found this gem! Customer service also was outstanding since I had an issue booking one time (turned out I just needed to close the app and reopen it). I love that I can do it all from my iPhone. Highly recommend!

I have used hotels tonight several times and its been great. I booked a room and they wouldnt refund it even in our emergency situation. I offered to provide proof and they wouldnt do it. Im surprised they would lose a customer over $60. The hotel said they would refund it but hotel tonight would have to do it. Oh well. Hotels.com has cheaper hotels around Orlando anyways. I wont be using them again.

My favorite app! It is used for last minute travel mainly, and Im a spontaneous traveler. There is nothing better for Day of hotel room booking, the deals are FANTASTIC and the app is extremely well designed with an intuitive and aesthetic user interface.

Im very thorough and cross reference with other apps and discount websites. At least for NYC hotel tonight is the quickest, simplest, and cheapest booking app. Love it

This hotel app is really nice and works well especially when your fiancé always waits until the last min to book a hotel.
