HotelTonight - Hotel Deals App Reviews

This app is great. It doesnt have every hotel, instead it has a nice selection of basic, moderate, and luxury hotels available. The map feature is awesome, and its so easy to compare hotels. The app tells you everything thats important, especially BS fees like the "resort fee", and tells your exactly what does or does not come with the room. Reservations are extremely simple, and you dont have to deal with the hotel directly, trying to get your-mail or sign up to a dozen rewards memberships. I love it!

Simple and easy

After my first and only experience with HotelTonight, I’ll never use them again for anything. They sold me a suite and then the hotel said they couldn’t give me the suite I purchased and gave me a regular room. I spoke to a CSR at HT and they told me to deal with the hotel. Then the hotel told me to deal with HT, since they’re who I booked through. And then they just proceeded to point the finger at each other the entire time, while telling me that I will be charged the suite price whether I stayed in the room or not. It’s the worst customer experience I’ve ever had... and I have Time Warner Cable! I’ve also heard that this happened to a few other friends (after this incident, unfortunately). Look at the other reviews if you dont believe me. Never.Again

very easy to use, you will find the best rooms for great prices. I paid 175 (tax included) for a room and asked the front how much a room normally would have been and it was over 300 BEFORE tax. Cant beat a discount like that. Im actually using it for a second night in a row. Huge fan of it

I love this app! I have used it twice (once to book a wedding anniversary in Boston and once to book a family trip in NYC with my wife and family). The app is easy to use, informative and it saves you money. Whats not to like?

Everything about this app is awesome and the service is great! Im always blown away by the hotels that I stay at whenever I travel because of this app. Ive used them for years and I plan on using them for many more.

I couldnt believe how fast I fell in love with this app on our trip. We were driving and making last minute decisions. Got rates that couldnt be beat otherwise.

Great rate on a really nice hotel on the day I need it. Im using it from now on as I rarely have time to fully pre plan a trip and always miss out on the advance booking discounts. Ill be using this for now on.

Ive been with OIS for 10 years and never wrote a review but HT absolutely deserves this. First off, THANKS, HT!! Because of this app and its history, Ive deleted every other hotel finding app and I had many as traveling is my thing. Ill never download or search for a hotel any other way as long as HT is up and running. If you dont have this app and you travel, your doing it all wrong. Trust me.

Saved 30 bucks tonight. Great app when you need it.
