Rip-off! Worst Experience Ever

After my first and only experience with HotelTonight, I’ll never use them again for anything. They sold me a suite and then the hotel said they couldn’t give me the suite I purchased and gave me a regular room. I spoke to a CSR at HT and they told me to deal with the hotel. Then the hotel told me to deal with HT, since they’re who I booked through. And then they just proceeded to point the finger at each other the entire time, while telling me that I will be charged the suite price whether I stayed in the room or not. It’s the worst customer experience I’ve ever had... and I have Time Warner Cable! I’ve also heard that this happened to a few other friends (after this incident, unfortunately). Look at the other reviews if you dont believe me. Never.Again
