Booked hotel room at best price I could find. Concierge service was a nice surprise and was very helpful requesting early check in and providing lots of information on request.

In my experience, the hotels I booked through HT have been beautiful, charming, and well located. And the lowered pricing is perfect too. Paying with Apple pay is just the cherry on top of the good experience sundae.

Worked fine for ages. Wont even open since a few updates ago. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Sits on the "loading hotels" screen with logo and does nothing else. No way to report an issue except within the app which doesnt ever open, so I guess I just disable my account since it is useless to me?

Great prices (I keep checking); simple to use; super fast; tells it like it is...you wont go wrong.
