Only my second time using it, but found amazing last minute deals

Love this app - would recommend to all last minute travellers

After scouring several popular discount sites for a month prior to departure, I came upon this website/app and Im so glad I did! I received a much better deal than blindly bidding on rooms through Priceline or Hotwire and their taxes and fees were much lower than those mentioned above. I was able to use their HT Ace to make room requests after booking. Really great, well thought out App. I will use again!!!!!

Cannot recommend this app as they do not care about you on the developers end nor the hotels end. We used the app to stay in a hotel in Calgary and our room was terrible and had an awful vinegar smell that was Overwhelming. We called the front desk and they were not compassionate and said they would call me right back. We sat in our room for 40 minutes with no call. Finally our boys and our bags and went down to tell them we were leaving. We knew there was no refunds but we were treated so poorly it was not worth it to stay. We ended up paying full price at a hotel we trusted and contacted hotel tonight with our story and never heard a thing back to them (3 months and counting). Avoid this way of paying for hotels. Use Expedia or call and haggle yourself.

I booked a hotel using this app as a last minute resort while in Niagara Falls, ON. Through some glitch with the website, the app allowed me to book at a room which was in fact FULLY booked. Upon arrival I was told I was transferred to a "comparable" hotel nearby. While I booked at a 4 star hotel with a view of the falls, I was transferred to a nearby motel in a basement room. The WORST part: the hotel I booked was $160/night - the "comparable" hotel I was transferred to was $80/night. IT TOOK A MONTH AND A HALF TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE. Terrible customer service, I would not recommend booking with this app.

Easy to use fast. Great customer service if things go wrong - customer is always right type of attitude. Great taste in hotels and honest reviews. Cant say enough! Please expand to Cartagena and Kyiv soon!
