Poor service

Cannot recommend this app as they do not care about you on the developers end nor the hotels end. We used the app to stay in a hotel in Calgary and our room was terrible and had an awful vinegar smell that was Overwhelming. We called the front desk and they were not compassionate and said they would call me right back. We sat in our room for 40 minutes with no call. Finally our boys and our bags and went down to tell them we were leaving. We knew there was no refunds but we were treated so poorly it was not worth it to stay. We ended up paying full price at a hotel we trusted and contacted hotel tonight with our story and never heard a thing back to them (3 months and counting). Avoid this way of paying for hotels. Use Expedia or call and haggle yourself.
