TERRIBLE customer service

I booked a hotel using this app as a last minute resort while in Niagara Falls, ON.

Through some glitch with the website, the app allowed me to book at a room which was in fact FULLY booked. Upon arrival I was told I was transferred to a "comparable" hotel nearby.

While I booked at a 4 star hotel with a view of the falls, I was transferred to a nearby motel in a basement room.

The WORST part: the hotel I booked was $160/night - the "comparable" hotel I was transferred to was $80/night. IT TOOK A MONTH AND A HALF TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE DIFFERENCE.

Terrible customer service, I would not recommend booking with this app.
