Poor customer service

I have used hotels tonight several times and its been great. I booked a room and they wouldnt refund it even in our emergency situation. I offered to provide proof and they wouldnt do it. Im surprised they would lose a customer over $60. The hotel said they would refund it but hotel tonight would have to do it. Oh well. Hotels.com has cheaper hotels around Orlando anyways. I wont be using them again.
