Effective customer service

I had accidentally booked a room for the wrong night. I called customer support and Cynthia was able to right my wrong in a super timely fashion. I was discouraged by all the warning policy pop ups for non-refunds but Cynthia pulled whatever strings needed to be pulled and got the job done. Thank you Cynthia!
