Booking/reserving are great. The issue seems to be, that when you are charged by the app to secure the room, and then charged by the hotel after checkout (3 occurrences now) for the entire nightly rate (less than the HT rate btw), and you email the app for help, there is no response. You are on your own. Crickets. I dont know about you, but when it comes to my hotel room, I prefer to remove the crickets and the double charge.
