Poor Customer Service

I am giving one star because ZERO is not possible. Ive used the app previously and never had a problem until yesterday when I put in the search bar "Six Flags, CA" and one of the hotel options said "we love this hotel because its right next to Six Flags" And it had a picture of six flags so I booked it! all happy and looked for the driving directions and it said I was 5 hours away when I was about 30 mins away from six flags and it turned out the hotel was in NEVADA! I called them immediately I get help I didnt want my money back I wanted to switch it to the one in California but all they said "We cant give a refund" after keeping me on hold for a long while Sonjia said sorry maam theres nothing we can do thankfully I had enough money to book another hotel because otherwise I would have been stranded now I have to tell all my friends whom Ive recommended this app to be wary of it because theyre ready to take the money but not ready to help! VERY DISAPPOINTING
