Worst App and Customer Support Ever!

Read carefully before downloading!
Im frustrated!
The app saved my credit card info. Then yesterday I realized that I somehow accidentally opened the app in my pocket and apperantly booked a hotel with a few taps. And thats it! I immediately tried to contact the so called 24/7 customer support several times! No one answered. I also called the hotel and told them about the accident and they were totally fine with the cancellation. Then I emailed the support team and they replied after 12 hours! (even after the check-out time of the hotel) and said that they can not cancel the booking or refund my purchase!

They litterally made fun of the incident and also said that they can help(!) me further with the hotel stay like requesting a particular room type etc. (again.. after the checkout time!)

This app will be deleted forever from my iPhone!
